Well.. the whole point of modding is to get what you want out of a computer, it's an art form really. So pick whichever case you see that looks like it will fit what you want your computer to end up looking like in the end. If you're talking about modding as in .... putting in some lights and cutting a hole in the side of the case... just look for a case with a window in it and add the lights later.
