Does anyone know if replacing the fan blades in a 120mm fan is possible without breaking the fan? If you know how to do it or found a guide on the internet somewhere as i have had no luck then please post it.

The fan is soooo cheap why would you entertain the idea of replacing just the blade anyway? Just spend the 10 bucks and replace the fan.Replacing fan blades on pc case fan.?
I don't think this is possible, but you can find 120mm fans very cheap on newegg and amazon.
Do you mean that they are broken, liked snapped in half, because if so, I'm not sure how you even could replace that. Best way to go is to get a new one.

You can replace the fan yes, just buy a new one.
a 120mm fan can be bought for around $10...
